Scammed by MrRetarded

Well a few weeks ago i was playing poker and got scammed by MrRetarded for 54$.
Apparently i hustled him and didn't wanna pay me and didn't come back online for 2 weeks so i thought he quit. He came back 2 weeks agoa nd told me he'd pay me in 1 week. I waited and never got the payment.

Well i think that query is enough because he's saying that i won and i hustled him for 54$ and told me he'd pay me back. Which never happened. i can't get logs from OMGPOP or Pokerstars to my knowledge

So you're saying the two of you put a wager on a game of pool on an external site, and he didn't pay up, and the lack of paying is the scam. yes?

.... So did you play pool or poker? Either way the only thing we can do is TWC, but that will ultimately be up to an Admin. When dealing with external sites, I recommend using an MM.

Pool and Poker half was Poker 27$ and then double or nothing pool for 54$ and i won. and TWC is fine
I thought he was trusted due to him paying me off 20$'s before. i guess people get greedy.

As for this one you decided to trust trade rather then get someone to hold and since this was an external site this site has no baring.

i'm not asking for a refund or anything i'm asking for him to be TWC'ed since i have proof of him scamming.
