That depends on your definition of "hard". In a way yes Dung does require the most knowledge to be successful at and you have to find other people with that same knowledge that you can count on to make your training fun and effective.
On the other hand as far as hardest to get a 99 would have to be like RC i would say. The xp gained is relatively small per hour and there isnt to much diversity in the training. It's just the same repetitive stuff.
To answer your question I would say yes Dung require the most knowledge and there are a lot of not knowledgeable people who do it that you have to deal with.

Methods: I've done metal dragons, barrows, enchanting bolts, and airborne for magic. I've done coal/mithril for mining. I'm doing swamp lizards and black warlocks for hunter. For attack, I might to bandits (I still have my hati paw charges), but I hate afk training. I like to be involved, like slayer.

Any tips for these 4?

Woodcutting is not exactly a good moneymaking way, it is way too slow and you're better off getting it quickly at Ivy and then spending the hours you saved on a skill like Hunter or Runecrafting to make much more in the same time + more levels.

As for magic, teleporting to 99 is really not much of a good way. I strongly suggest you check out this guide for some ideas:

As for Mining you should either powermine iron or granite, check out some guides on Youtube for instructions.
For Hunter lizards are a decent way, falconry or the warlocks work too. The lizards will be the most profitable way if you bank them (a Beast of Burden would help here).
For Attack I strongly suggest you to do Slayer, this is where you should be getting some profits.

Magic: Superheat mithril bars, super glassmake. Both make profit if you don't mind losing a bit then do humidify or alching.
Mining: Get to 60 by power mining iron and then from 60 mine coal in seers village send it down in a coal cart and bank for profit?
Hunter: 43-60 do falconry 60-80 red salamanders
Attack: Get a whip and train attack while doing slayer, slayer always brings profit.

I'm a skiller and i'd like to max my rc with profit is it possible? What do you recommend to train with?

Thieving can be easily leveled by the thieving guild. ( This is VERY FAST. ) you will get around 180 xp per chest and 210-280 xp per gate.

Bolts and arrowtips tend to be cheaper as people use them for fletching, I'd try those
Cannonballs work too and will also give you profit.

Please, I would Like to know what is the actual fastest melee trainning out, i would like to max out my melee status, but i hate to go armoured zombies.

You should fish Cavefish until lvl 90 and then Rocktails to 99, very easy afk training, both at the Living Rock Caverns, both will make you some nice money.

If you want the fastests xp then Yaks are ok, though Slayer is always a decent choice.

Powermining iron ore works yes, you could also consider granite.

The most used way is red chins at monkey skeletons, though I'm not sure how far 20-30M will get you there.
You could alternate between that and aviansies, and use the money from aviansies to chin more.

To make money the best thing you can do is farming Herbs.
It is slow but it profits, you could potentially use the profit to speed things up by planting trees and fruit trees too.

At the Herblore sheet you can see the gp/xp and figure out your cost, if you don't trust it then the easiest way to find out is calculating it yourself

I can't answer you which potion is the best to make as prices fluctuate all the time.
