Lol at rule 5, good guide, I used to flip my entire cash pile before this, mostly on active flips, but sometimes I just put it all in GE and end up bored because I didn't even have enough money to buy some runes to go PK lol.

The patience factor is so true, I do active flipping and I have made the mistake of taking a loss before, don't do it! as he said its activeso even if your prices could cause you a loss wait it out and ods are you will still come up with a profit.
