You're list looks great and there are several items i wouldn't have even thought off You're list is dead accurate apart from a few limits which you might want to change
Dragonbone upgrade kit has a limit of 2
All royal items definately have a limit of 10
Bandos Chestplate Bandos tassets both have a limit of 1 due to the new update
Armadyl Chestplate has a limit of 1
Armadyl plateskirt has a limit of 1
Spectral spirit shield now has a new llimit of 1
Gnome scarf has a limit of 10
Blue skirt (g) has a limit of 2
Whip vine also has a limit of 2

And yeah Torstol... you gotta get lucky with. The thing with herbs is that if there are multiple merchants everyone keeps dropping the price by 1 or more until your profit margin disappears

Jesus, Yew Pyre Logs have a margin of 999 coins on this very same moment, just made 4.8 Mill!

Everyone with up to 100 Mill can flip these, best item that i've seen in a while
