There has been several days where he has bumped 2/3 times, I think this is against the rules that you can't bump more than once every 24 hours. Am I correct?

I looked at all of them and none of them necessarily prove he scammed people keep bad proof. However, that's a lot of trying by the look of it. Vid everything, start small, and use a MM if you don't feel comfortable preferably someone trusted+ that you actually trust.
