Another quick tip you for you combat trainers

Try to do the Waterfall quest. if you finish it you get 14k experience in attack and strength. Instant level 30's!

So for waterfall quest whats are so requirements? what do i need to be carefull about doing it at such a low level?

No requirements. Just bring food and do it in a group. The monsters you'll be running past (fire giants, moss giants, etc) can one hit you though.
