A noob that has returned need advice!

Hey guys so i now saw that you can return to 2007 scape (in 8-9 days) if u did not vote on the pool) as i have not played for 4 years or so i do not have membership atm ,

My question is ; if we land on just 250k votes Will i need to pay 8usd or w.e it is for normal membership then additional 5 usd for 2007 serverS?
or can i pay 5 usd Just to have accses to the 2007 servers?
if i will have to pay the 8 usd aswell as the 5 so it's a total of 13usd i do not think i will return and it's just pixel hungry jagex that's looking to earn a few extra bucks

Basically, it says on the poll that if it reaches between 250-470(~) or so, it's going to be 5$ for the base membership, and then 5$ extra for 07rs.

If we reach 470k votes, it's probably going to be free. They said that if they reached CLOSE to the number of votes, they would bump it up anyway. So we're currently sitting at 330k votes. If we can get it to go to close to 500k, they'll give it to us for free.

I don't know what Jagex is going to profit more with: Cheaper membership, or more expensive membership. More expensive = Less players, but more short-term money. Less expensive = More players, more long-term money.

so what you are saying is that if we get aprox 500k votes it will be the normal 5-8 usd for NORMAL membership then the 2007 will be free or will it cost 0usd to play the 2007 server (You will not have too pay the normal membership fee either)

If we don't get near 500k votes you must buy normal mems and pay an additional fee for 07, as I understand it. If we do get near 500k or over you must buy normal mems. If we get near 750k or over you could also play just the free areas of 07 for free.

If we get approx 500k votes, it will be 5-8$ for 2013 membership, and 2007rs will be thrown into that. (You have to buy 2013 membs to play 2007).

If we do not, it will be 5$ extra for 2007.

If we reach 750k votes, they will open up free2play servers on 2007rs. Buying membs for 2007rs would be the same as buying it for 2013 (so basically, 750k votes is just like 500k votes, just with f2p servers added in).
