Not sure whether this is the most successful, or your favourite.

If it is most successful, then it has to be Messi no matter what as he has won four ballon d'or awards along with 2 CL titles and numerous Domestic League titles.

If it's favourite player, mine would either be Cristiano Ronaldo or Gareth Bale due to their sheer ability to carry his whole team.

My favorite player is Iker Casiallas, but the best player is Gareth Bale, because as leakee said he can carry his whole team.
