Guide Standards

It's amazing that so many of us are willing to put in the time and effort to help others by writing guides, but a lot of them are lacking in fundamental details or aren't very consistent. Don't get me wrong, there isn't a single guide that is bad or isn't useful but striving for improvement is something we all do.

So let me refer everyone to this topic which is filled with everything required to write a truly awesome guide. I didn't write it, the guy who did it knows far more on the subject than me and was one of the people who rejected my own guide over a year ago before I got it approved...
