ik, but I just don't see the point of doing it for players who know about, is or have been dealing with RWT.

ik, but I just don't see the point of doing it for players who know about, is or have been dealing with RWT.

I guess people like Merzz are willing to spend some cash to help save RuneScape economy.

I guess it's possible, but I think people rather tryed to find items that are crashing hard and buying for like half it's ge price or less. Then when donating these items, you could pretty much donate 5m and it would show as you've donated 10m.

It's funny because atm, people have donated 97B, which equals $9700.
Additionally, 1729 bonds have been donated, worth $8126.

So how much were those bonds worth? Let's say around 7M on average (high estimate)
That means 1729 * 7M = 12103M spent on those bonds.

So 8 times as much money was donated in gp, to only get 19% more $ donated.

I think that about sums up the average intelligence of the RS player or where the interests of the players are at,
Deflating the RS economy or donating to a good cause. (or they're just lazy to have to do it bond by bond)

I do think it is a nice initiative by Jagex.

Some items people use is tectonic armour pieces as their price is way lower than ge price like tectonic helm was 12m but ge price was 33m

Yes, Donate 1B+ in Easters or Green H'ween's a few people have done it.

Whips are 80, buy out 12,500+ whips and donate them

How does what you donate relate to the "donation" that is given in the highscores? Last I saw it was up to triple what you actually donate? I think it's a really good update though and a much needed money sink.

It goes by GE prices so if you donated something with street value of below ge price, it showed its ge price even if the item is actually worth less in street.

I donated 1.3m...
But, I sponsor 2 African Children. Plus I do extra charity work in my spare time. So you can't say I don't help charity's! I will donate more soon...
