initiate pure goal

I have a goal to make an rs07 initiate pure as I have never made a rs07 account before. My goal is to have about 80-90 str, 60-70 atk, 70 range, 52 prayer and 20 defence. I want to have a mithril defender, maybe a fire cape, rock climbing boots and addy gloves. I was just wondering how long this sort of pure would take me, say for example 50/100/150 hours. All help is appreciated thanks.
Note I will be starting from scratch so will need to make my own money.
