Spreadsheet v1.7
Hello Guest!! Congratulation on finding a tool that will facilitate your life here in . Before going to the main thing lets explain some basics.
What is a workbook/worksheet?
1. A workbook is basically a cyber log where you can record all types of info, from numbers to actual words.
2. A worksheet is a current page of the workbook.
There are few programs that can manage workbooks. When I say manage I'm referring to edit or customize a workbook with tons of features like; Graphs, Tables, even importing data from online sources. Which this particular one we are going to be using Microsoft Excel.
How can a workbook help me here and in my daily profit making?
Well a workbook can facilitate you some process like calculations and other stuffs. This particular one will help you calculate, manage and track item. This will also be useful for logs, as it will have records of the item profit, profit% and total profit. The current tool you about to look at has been designed to be flipping and investment friendly.
Lets get started!!
First of, we are going to start with the basic entries.
Item: Here you will put the items name. Its preferable to use the correct and full name as it will help the worksheet later on.
Quantity: Here you will put the quantity of the item to use.
Sale price: In the sale price tab you will put the selling price.
Buy Price: In this tab you will enter the buying price for the item.
Here is where you save time.
Profit: In the profit tab you will see the profit that the item is currently achieving.
Percent: There you will see the profit percentage.
Total Profit: In this tab you will see the total profit made from the flip/investment you made.
Total Log Profit: There you will see the total profit made on the log.
This part is just an extra for a more accurate wealth management. Its not needed in order to have a functional log. As stated before it is just an extra feature.
This part will be explained backward in order to achieve a complete understanding.
Starting Wealth: In this tab you will enter the current cash wealth you have/had. It's better if you put it before making any entire.
Earnings/Losses: On this two tabs you will add miscellaneous earnings/losses like boss drops, profit calculation expenses, etc..
Current Wealth: In here you will see a display of your current cash. Accuracy on the wealth displayed will depend on the accuracy and amount of info entered in the earnings, losses and starting wealth tab.
This section here is a tool that will come in handy when in game.
First Row: This row is to calculate the profit of the item. Even though computers have a calculator, some people don't feel comfortable with it.
Second Row: This row is to immediately calculate the total price to pay. Enter the quantity and price of the item and there you will have it.
Third Row: This third row is to help the profit to be more accurate. It is used when ever you get a buy/sell for a different total that you were expecting. This will give you the price per item sold/bought.
This is a display on how to use it properly when using the calculator.
This section is mostly to track the use of every item entered in the log. This can be use to get ideas for items and to see what item is getting you the most profit.
Item: This is the part where writing the complete and full name correctly takes part. Here enter the name of the item once. After that, the next features will update automatically.
Times Merched: This section will display how many times you have used the item in the log.
Total Item Profit: This column will display the total profit made with the item.
This part is self explanatory. But lets explain it anyways.
Item: Here goes the item name.
Current Price: In here you will enter the current price of the item. Update this price every time you check the item.
Target Price: In here you will enter the price you are waiting to invest.
Date Range: In here you will enter the dates range in which you think the item will reach the target price.
Graph Link: Enter the link of the item graph.

+Repped you earlier when speaking to rpguy about it, just downloaded it/using it now
Also, for the Investment Tracker section you've called it the 'Item Tracker', and just above you put 'Total Item Profit: This column will display the total profit made whit the item.' (Should be with)
Sorry to be such a nazi
