Read the Vouch Rules!

Recently I've been bored and just kind of wander around odd areas of the forums.

In these little virtual journeys of mine I noticed something which kind of annoyed me - Vouches given were vouches were not due!

The most common occurrences of this would be in the Graphics section, where people often ask for a vouch to pay for a Graphic. Since this does not prove a person to be trustworthy it should not be a vouchable service.

I feel that things which require vouches must either involve RWT or the trust of an account/gold, as well as other services which require a level of trust.

Look at the "Vouch" from the user Eagle Rush 8.
Now come on, that cannot be counted as a positive vouch!
