forum bug everyone is a rank

i have tried to go to the services area as i always do then i noticed a lot of red colored names. everyones names are colored in red. this is also happening in all forum sections.

We are aware of this issue. The admins are working on fixing the forums. It's not a bug.

Its a partial rollback, so its wrong but not a bug as in malfunctioning code
