I like the new skin. I'm a bit late on the thread, so I don't know if fixes have been made or not, but as or right now, everything appears to work properly. No problems from what I've seen.

The forum doesn't fit in my screen. I have to scroll horizontally and vertically to get my way around. I think there is a way to make the screen width in percentages so it fits in most screens.

I agree, this is a huge pain. I think they'll fix it soon enough though

I also can't see the Smokin Mils logo at the top but he said in a post he is editing in a banner.

Few more issues I've found, believe these have been mostly mentioned, but might as well again to support the fact that it is happening to more people than just those individuals who mentioned it.

1. You can't see at a glance in the forum if a thread is locked or not; you have to physically navigate to it.

2. I cannot see the logo at the top of the forum.

3. It's difficult to navigate on a phone in general. The old layout was easy to navigate without having to use the stupid piece of crap mobile version. The old version was phone-friendly; it isn't now.

4. Most of the icons around places are annoying, I feel. Like when you're quick-replying the "Preview" and "Send" buttons are tiny. And the fact that the multiquote button is weird/different

5. I feel this has absolutely nothing to do with "smokin mils." It's not fiery, it isn't red, it isn't anything that would remotely remind me of SM or anything we stand for, for that matter . I feel like I randomly stumbled upon a Star Trek Fan-site instead of the site I spend most of my time on


On another note, I do like the yellow SM buttons when a section is unread. But, that at the moment is about it. I'm sure I'll eventually get used to this, but I really don't care for it because it isn't Smokin Mils.

Smokin Mils has always exceeded my expectations of things involving an RS community/clan. I've never been on a forum with such a strong community that stays strong to its roots. This isn't any average forum with the same boring layout as all the thousands of other forums, this is Smokin Mils. The site that goes above and beyond and isn't like everyone else. We stand out because we're always so far above other clans or going so far in the right direction that we can barely see our competition.

I just don't like it tbh, change is sometimes good.  Normally bad.

For example, these forums never used to stretch my screen, now I have to scroll to read anyones post which I find extremely annoying.
