Potential scam? "Inflection gaming service"

This user posts on forums with a blackmarket and posts a very generic copy-paste reply to anyone who posts on the thread. Which doesn't necessarily warrant a spam/scam lock, but then you notice that on all of the forums this person only has 2-3 posts and that's it.
