.: Kennedy's Investment Guide :.
Hello Guest!
This Beginner Investment guide will help you with finding your own items and Investing in them. Here are some things we will go over:
Support Levels
Resistance Levels
Trends
A Support Level is when two or more points in a graph stop dropping and start rising. Basically, it's a rise in price, but it occurs multiple times, and the rise occurs after hitting the same price on the fall.
In other words, the Support Level is the bottom of the wave where it bounces.
Example:
This is described as a bouncing graph.
Resistance LevelsA Resistance Level, you can also refer to this as an upside down support level. When an item is raising in price, it will come across a Resistance Level along the peaks of the graphs. When the item's price gets closer to the resistance level, the item begins to fall back down to another support level.
Example:
TrendsA Trend is similar to a support level, the difference is that a Trend goes in a continuous direction. It wont always keep going in one direction though it will have to drop at a point because it's all controlled by the players. There are two types of trends: the one described before, and the other type is about patterns of rising and falling that an item can follow.
Example:
Here some useful resourceful websites you can use to find items and look at there graphs:
1) GeUpdater
2) Grand Exchange Central
Now here is where you will learn to find your own item.
So when looking for an item, it's always best to look for an item that's falling so you can make more of a profit when it starts rising. When you find an item with good support levels or a good trend, you can decide If you want to buy. This is the safest way to know if the price is going to rise. Allow the item to actually rise first, this is just to be sure it rises and you don't buy while it's still falling. Then you buy at the support level that you have identified.
Example:
Then sell just below its peak so you don't have to conetend with falling prices when selling your investment.

Support Levels
A Support Level is a great way to identify whether the item is good to Invest in. It's unlikely that the margins will crash on you. What makes Investments so profitable is that when your stocking up through 4 hour/limit, the items prices will be rising throughout the whole process.A Support Level is when two or more points in a graph stop dropping and start rising. Keapor, it all depends If your investing in a short term invest or a long term invest. Sometime it takes days where you make little/big profit and there's also some where it takes a week or so for HUGE profits. But like I said it's all on what item you pick and how the item/graph behaves.
One thing about Investing that you have to practice is Patience.
