Ya sorry to say it is all IP based still, I wish they would change it IP based is so unfair.

What are your sources that say that runescape 2007 staking is still based on ip address? I mean I understand how in the past like back in 2007 this may have been so, but I'm sure with the current oldschool runescape any glitches or flaws in the game that have already been fixed in EOC would have also been fixed and patched in the oldschool runescape to prevent these same glitches and flaws from reoccurring.

Thanks for the reply. Hmm can I switch the 30 defence for 20 defence? Is the build still effective after the slight change?

@Kidde : What are the perks of initiate armor? Is it Prayer bonus? If it's so, is it cheap? (I have no idea on prices of those)

If you go initiate you won't be 1 pray xD

I'd highly recommend 30 over 20, but 40 over 30 I wouldn't kinda thing.. I've always found that 30 def tanks really well compared to 20, and the difference between 30 and 40 isn't so great.
