Ports V2 this week!

Time to fix all the holes and such on your ships and get ready to sail even further to Wushanko isles!

Some of the things I have caught about the update

- ''The ring as well as the cape are designed around being defensive rather than offensive. Not all the ring's features are on the the mouse over text''

- ''To those wanting to experience the new Ports stories and curious about the length, they will take about the same time as the original ones.''

- ''I will say that there is an embargo on trading for the new materials so you can't swap your stockpile for new goods.''

- ''People were disappointed that thrown weapon wasn't added with the Ascension stuff so here they are!''

- ''A little heads up for you guys, your ship names will change when #Ports2SailHarder is released as we have put the list in alphabetical order. If my maths is correct, there is now 599,440 possible ship name combinations #Ports2SailHarder. @jagexdeg lost count at 7.''

Really can't wait for this. I remember that after first ports came out I did them for months even though I haven't really played rs much at all.

Any idea if they're going to add extra ships? Voyages at this stake are already long enough and it will be a waste if I'm able to do only 1 per day. Maybe remove the speed cap or make it a little broader?

Do what I'm doing/did, afk buildings for WE2 and use lamps on hunter xp.

I still have like 6 scrolls left to unlock(scrimshaws) + get more chi/lacquer + 90 thiev/slay/rc....
Meh at least I will have more to do at ports + I will be able to trade resources for trade goods = easy death lotus Smile

Btw isn't big chin pretty rubbish xp? Compared to say jadinkos?

It gives a nice variety two times a day, and it's not that bad xp Smile

This sounds quite interesting, tho i haven't done much ports with the release of 07 haha, might check them out again once the update is out as im curious now. Very Happy

It's lvl 85 actually all port stuff is lvl 85 Razz

they could make normal version which degrades to dust and superior which just needs recharge

PoP Rewards

You can get all rewards even by having only one of the required skills

In your case you'll have far less chances to get a voyage that rewards trade goods except of spices.

Note that in order to make Rocktail soups you need at least level 93 cooking.

3. The Dainty Coral
4. Ship

i was lazy once i unlocked my 4th ship in the first part of this activity and just named it ship.... i guess jagex thought it was good enough by their standards =/

I am slightly annoyed that they nerfed Oxhead & Horseface, so hopefully there's a higher leveled version now in the new regions.

lolz..did Mod Mark come up with these names? hmm hope he didnt let his monkey loose again at the puter..

Just tried out Ports update after gettin EOC to work properly again..seems interesting but was hopin they would use herby 4 a skill and not cooking. Maybe they will release more usin other skills? *shrugs* havent been keeping up with the updates lately.
