Pharcydes Journey to First Ever Fire Cape!

Hey guys! I've been playing RS since 2005, and I've never ever had a single Fire Cape! I have made it my goal to get my first ever fire cape in 2007.

Equipment setup: Full Armadyl, ranger boots, fury, Ava's device, barrows gloves, imblued archers ring, dragonfire shield, and Armadyl crossbow, and Saradomin Godsword

Items: 2000 diamond bolts (e), and maybe Holy Wrench?

Inventory: I need help determining what to take. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
