Very good guide! Thank you very much. It did give me a little bit of information (such as the resting, standing, and musicians time to restore energy) and bits of information I didn't know. Thank you. However...

- Cakes are the best food for agility because they don’t weight much and allow you to stay around a constant health because they heal 4 per bite.

You may want to mention that if you're doing something such as the advanced courses, you may want to recommend Summer pies. They give +4 to Agility, as well as heal. They're a bit more expensive, but they've gotten me massive experience at Advanced Barb., while I was level 85 to what I am now.

Even when you're already 90 to like 94-ish, it's still good to have them to avoid failing often.

Some ideas I have:
-You can do barb at 30 agility, you only need 1 bite of summer pie to get in, after that it's clear.
-Go to brim at 37 pot up for the obstacles, it's faster.
-Enter wildy at 49, you need 49 for the track 52 for the gate to it. You can even do it at 47 but in that case you need summer pies.
-If potting go to ape at 68.
-go to gnome adv at 82 and use agility potions.
-Go to barb adv at 91-92 you won't fail, earlier if potting all those lvls.

Horn is a waste of xp (not the case if you have a pro team), but if you enjoy barb assault do it.

Really great guide!
A little extra tip though:
When training at the gnome courses you are able to merch, just pick a normal/slow item and when you get the message that it has bought/sold just use the spirit trees.

Have one question though, not changing screen positioning on gnome advanced? I feel it is easier to click turn north while running on the board, to get an easy aim at the pole swing and the pipe jump, then switch back to looking south while in the barrel. Maybe i should try facing east?
