very very nice guide, without a doubt best agility guide i have ever seen, also i never heard of the bandos throne room agility course, so it definetly learned me something, very nice for pures also Very Happy

I figure I may as well answer this since Ploow no longer can.

I would guess weight reducing items would just cancel out the heavier items you are wearing, therefore bringing you closer to zero. Note I'm not expert, just what I would get out this statement.

Uh this is kind of a common sense thing.

You can bring all the weight reducing stuff with you and be -36 as it says there.
Usually people carry around some other stuff too, taking them up in weight again.
So I suppose it just means like, you can bring other stuff if you want, just make sure that you use enough weight decreasing gear to make sure you stay at 0kg or below.

I'm just about done with training agility and have looked at a lot of guides to see what the best methods were, and I really wish I saw your guide sooner Razz
