8 levels in strength do not/will not take long to do... go bandits or something if you want something that you can semi/afk easily like face said..we dont condone botting

The fastest is making Dragon Darts I believe, but this would cost you much more, around 80M.
Fletching bolts is your second best option, this would be doable within the 30M boundary, but it would take a huge load of time to buy all the supplies off the GE.
Fletching bolts and darts does involve an insane load of clicking.
Magic longs are always still faster than yew longs, but the choice is up to you.

Do Yew Longbows until you can do magic shortbows. Then do those until you can do Magic Longbows (do mage longs until 99).

How long depends entirely on how much you play, and how fast you train.
I definetely recommend to cut and string, cutting is quite a bit faster xp and you still end up with profit if you cut and string.

Barb fishing is indeed the fastest, does require a lot of clicking.

At 69 you can do Black Salamanders (wildy) and Dashing kebbits (falconry), both are your fastest options.
So to get 69 you could either do Red sallies or keep up with the falconry.

One more question: Do you think using/buying bonecrusher for faster hunter exp is worth 38k tokens?

I'am going 85 dung(500k exp left) and after buying Rapier/Long I have ~35k tokens to spend(when I'am 85) and I dont really need money saving items like scrolls...because I'am high farm/herblore(92/99) allready.

Edit: Actually buying bonecrusher is not worth auto bury because when burying bones fur can be dropped in same time. My friend just told me this.. Ive been first burying bones and then dropping fur's but since it can be made twice faster than I think its not worth buying that dung item.

Yea you can spend money on thieving, if you do pyramid plunder and drop all the artefacts, you'll pay for healing methods
Anyways, you could do the garden, or you could pickpocket master farmers because of their left click option.
I'm unsure about xp rates on both, but it shouldn't take too long anyways.

As for Agility, yep, barb course

I'm not very experienced with pure training, but Pest Control or Soul Wars could surely be a good training.
Try to kill/fight as much as you can while playing them for more xp.

You could also look up pure Strength training guides on youtube.
